THE EDGE OF ALL WE KNOW
Black holes are undoubtedly one of the most mysterious parts of astrophysics. Last April, these mysterious objects were photographed for the first time—the picture immediately attracted the attention of billions of people all around the world.
This unique documentary follows the team of project Event Horizon Telescope, which succeeded in photographing a black hole for the first time ever. It also introduces the theoretical work of scientists led by Stephen Hawking, who dealt with the black hole information paradox, one of the greatest unsolved problems of current theoretical physics. The film is full of expressive animations, graphical sequences, simulations, and attempts to connect everything there is to know about these mysterious objects.
