The film Sedentary examines the issue of prolonged sitting in a truly original way. It combines several approaches. The film transitions from a typical documentary film with talking heads to surprising 3D animations and more. It also ventures into ASMR, making the entire topic slightly disturbing. As the film is filled with such humorous editing choices, it never disturbs the flow, but keeps things fresh.
