Light Darkness Light

We will open this year's festival with a short introductory speech before the screening.
The perception of the world as he knew it was gone. A bionic eye restored Ian Nichols’ sight, but the contours are unclear, and the surroundings consist of vague moving blobs of light. His new perception is about the interpretation and association of new images with old vision patterns. Ian must learn to see again, the same as he had to learn how to deal with blindness. Aside from eyesight, the film also deals with the relativity of perception and acceptance of one’s situation. See you at the screening!
