HENRY DRIVER: SECRETS OF SOIL
Henry Driver is a British artist whose work interplays new media, video games, and ecology. His art was displayed at prestigious galleries, such as Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool, Barbican or The Whitechapel Gallery.
In his new interactive essay Secrets of Soil, Driver was inspired by the efforts of his close family members to become carbon-negative farmers. He introduces a visually impressive world hidden under our feet which invites us to contemplate its protection and care. It is intended as an artistic approach to raising awareness of a change in which we all can participate. The project was recognized by leading scientists in botany and microbiology from the John Innes Centre in the UK.
