Lichens are doubtlessly some of the most resilient organisms on Earth. We can find them everywhere. They can survive without moisture and under harsh conditions and adapt to their environment. This documentary shows their philosophical aspect and constant perseverance in contrast to our hectic lifestyle in a consumerist society. The film outlines solutions for finding peace in today’s ever-rushing world. Lichens remind us that life can thrive without excess, in harmony with nature.
